SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Processing and shipping time:
The processing time for our orders is 7 to 10 business days.

You should therefore consider the additional shipping time by the carrier which will be approximately 3 to 5 working days.

Please note that all import fees/customs duties are of the costumer´s responsibility.

Our store will not accept any responsibility for customs expenses.

Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples and merchandise below a certain declared value.

However, you may have to pay taxes when the goods you bought arrive in your country.

In most countries you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes merchandise below a certain value or certain categories may be exempt from duties. Rules vary from country to country.

We understand that the costumer wants to be free of import fees / customs duties, however, this is a policy defined by each country and therefore we cannot give information or advice on this topic.

Make sure you find out about your own country’s regulations before ordering.

We do not add any tax, hidden costs or sales tax. The amount shown at check-out will be the final cost to be paid, and include shipping costs .

RIGHT OF RETURN / RESOLUTION

(Article 4 of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February amended by Law No. 47/2014 of 28 July)

Sometimes, the fit of the garment may not be perfect, so here at Blush we are happy to accept returns (except lingerie or bodysuits). Please see conditions below.

Items may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, after this time they will not be accepted.

Items must be in their original condition, with all tags in place and must not show signs of have been used, washed or altered in any way, otherwise the return will be rejected.

Contact us at the following e-mail address: sales@blushouse.com before sending the item back, to ensure that it complies with the defined policy.

We suggest that, before ordering any item, you choose it carefully. Returns for size or color changes can only be made once.

CUSTOM-MADE/CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS

Please note that we do not issue refunds for any custom-made/custom-made items.

SALE ITEMS

We do not issue refunds on any sale items unless found to be defective.

We kindly ask you to consider this before committing to a purchase. If you need any further clarification, contact us so we can help you in the best way.

FULL PRICE ITEMS

Since we are a brand with small productions, we do not accept returns for a refund. However, you can exchange in size, color or request a credit note (valid 60 days) for a future purchase.

For a size/color change, you will have to send your piece back to us and buy it again in the desired size or color.

We can only refund you once we receive your return at our office, so please choose your first order carefully.

Please email us back before purchasing the new design.

RETURN SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer/customer. However, if you request an EXCHANGE, we will deduct the amount you paid for the return of the purchase (If applicable).

Before purchasing another part, please contact us.

For an EXCHANGE of size / style – In most cases we will not have stock, but, depending on the item, it can be produced for you.

We ask you to contact us so that we can check whether or not that article can be reproduced if it is not in stock.
